Just out of curiosity... I've heard a lot of people comparing former supporters of Dean to current supporters of Bernie, and I was wondering how much overlap there is on DU.

(14,689 posts)I still think Dean was the best candidate at the time, since he was one of few willing to go against the Iraq War. But recent actions have led me to have stark disagreements with Gov. Dean.
At the time the same people supporting Clinton now characterized Dean as some sort of unelectable left-wing loon. Sad to see he's changed sides.

(5,204 posts)I sort of supported Dean, but was keeping my options open, and didn't get to vote until Kerry had it locked up, and voted Kucinch.
