Former Virginia Senator Jim Webb is barely known across the U.S. Some Democrats don't remember him from the 2006 Virginia Senate election between crazed Senator George Allen, who had some racial views. Webb is seen as a centrist Democrat, but a dying breed of Jacksonian and Southern roots. If Webb wants to make inroads now, because he is barely registering, what do you expect tonight?
