It's not a huge issue for me, but 15 minutes is a lot less time than 24 minutes.

I read someplace that originally candidates were asked to keep it under 10 minutes. I would like a more reliable source than where I initially read that (and that is why I am not lining it here)

Nowhere in print, but those were her words.

I look forward to Bernie, especially, as this is the DNC and his history is on the fringes of Party Politics, to put it mildly.

I expect him to talk about big ideas, the kind that are from the FDR Democratic Party days.

She originally said that candidates would speak for 7 minutes and later (this afternoon) said she meant to say 15 minutes.

It is a few minutes past that now. The entire presentation will be repeated this evening.

Webb not in attendance today.

Calls and comments now being presented.

Good.

Why limiting debates?

He uses Republican outrages for a reason that we should have LOTS OF DEBATES to call them out for it!

Why shouldn't we use debates as a way to get more airtime to call them out?

Why is there a "decree of silence"?

I love it!

She looked royally pissed when she got up to the podium. She better suck it up because there will be more where that came from Bernie's up next and I'm hoping he'll follow through with the same message about needing more debates.

without naming names but everyone knows who the corporate candidate is. This is the first time he's done that. He's trying to convince the DNC and their superdelegates that doing the same thing will continue to lose them elections and that's exactly what the DNC is doing -- continuing the status quo 6-state strategy and losing issues like the TPP.

She is really got to be feeling some serious heat after both Martin and Sanders.
