. . . can't pretend that Mittens is ahead. At least not right now. So Obama is probably really leading by about eight.

Those tend to skew conservative even more than other Gallup polls.

"Obama is in over his head..." And that whole, Obama is out of touch tour of swing states was a ridiculous waste of time. That whole rovian tactic of conferring your own weaknesses on your opponent was a great big bust.

The fact that Obama went from (+5) down to (+3) and back to (+5) looks like a good sign that Obama is not being hurt by the health care ruling.

The current tracking poll has a range from June 25-July 1. That means that several days of polling after the ruling are included. We'll know more in a few days once the tracking poll extends further into this week.

CNN's new poll, taken largely after the health ruling shows a (+3) lead.

Rasmussen, as is so often the case, has once again gone from an Obama lead back to a Romney lead again (+2).

and this was how the electoral map would look like: http://electoral-vote.com/

There wouldn't be much to worry about. But, the ACA benefits have to be explained more seriously, IMO.

Republicans intend to own the Airwaves between August and November, with all their super pac money...Just as in Wisconsin. Obama is going to need a huge lead or the damage will be tremendous.
