Black people have honest, immediate grievances and want to be heard… there is an element of safety at Democratic events that would not exist at a Republican event

I am dismayed that we are at this point... but I understand

She does receive Secret Service protection as spouse of a former president (during her lifetime, unless she were to remarry or decline the service) ...

BUT her being a former Secretary of State has nothing to do with her qualifying for protection.
