Romney's speech: Unbelievable Demagoguery

The pundits described it as inaccurate. No, we are used to him lying all the time. But this took it to a new level. What he gave us were wild exaggerations that were the essence of demagoguery, playing on people's worst fears, shamelessly pushing right wing freak-out buttons:

Obamacare will dramatically, by multi-billions, increase the deficit (CBO says it will decrease it by a trillion actually);

It will increase American's taxes by billions (it will only increase taxes of those who won't buy healthcare);

And it will take away your freedom, letting government control your health care (complete bulls*it and right wing talking point).

Honestly, I just found it breathtaking.

1. Romney's Election Strategy can be summed up as thus:

"Lie, Evade, & Spend" (or however you want to arrange it)

who introducedand implemented the same system in Massachusetts. He must really think we are all idiots.

Remember, he is/was a bishop in the LDS church, he is used to talking down to people and instilling fear.

6. It has gone beyond lying

He is not just dishonest but willing to stir up hate and anger based on lies
to promote his agenda. this seems even more extreme than what we have seen before.

"I would like to thank Mitt Romney for his contribution to the new Health Care law." Then I will invest in private mental institutions because they will start filling up with teacrazies.
