2. O'Malley/Sanders!

Good combo, imo; emotional & historical connection from Sanders, executive experience (and PLANS) from O'Malley.

4. I don't think #blm will be too happy.

Nor the Clintonians.

(Is there a difference? I'm not sure.)

I've been assuming... perhaps incorrectly... that Mr. O'M's ambition was limited to being Clinton's veep.

If Sanders gets the nom., it could go anywhere. Warren won't be asked. They're ideological twins.

We need more info... dare I say it? *DATA*. Which is not available yet.

If Sanders strikes any kind of chord in red states primaries, that fact will have to be figured into the veep choice.

We just don't know yet.

6. Anyone suggesting that Martin O'Malley wants to be on a ticket with hrc

has clearly not paid ANY ATTENTION to his positions, as they differ from hers significantly.

Wall Street/Environment/Dodd-Frank-Glass-Steagall, to name just a few.

7. Ummm... check out "Roosevelt and Garner" as well as "Kennedy and Johnson".

It's called "balancing the ticket".

If Clinton makes it to the nom. via the usual (and expected) triangulation... she might very well look to O'M as a sop to the party base.

Will O'Malley go for it?

WE'LL SEE.

10. I like O'Malley/Klobuchar

I don't think Castro has enough experience to be VP. I'd say Klobuchar would be an ideal choice. She is insanely popular in Minnesota and Iowa. She'd likely help in Wisconsin as well. She's great on the stump, funny as hell and has some DC experience. Plus, we'd get a ticket with a woman on it.

Castro is only being talked about because he's Latino. We'd be better off with Hilda Solis.

15. Ticket-balancing is why O'Malley/Castro appeals to me

But I'm not wedded to it.

I do like what I've seen of Castro, though. He's appealing.

A few months ago, my wife took a call from an O'Malley campaign fundraiser. She told the person that we like Castro for veep, and the person calling laughed and said, "So do we." For what that's worth.

16. Interesting. I still think O'Malley needs someone who is more experience on FP

to balance the ticket. I am surprised I haven't gotten calls from them. I've been donating money to them. Not a lot but a good size amount.

12. WHY 2 MEN AND NO WOMEN????? you can't think of a single qualified woman

and don't say you did. Warren isn't running. I'm tired of this good old boys political world.
