I'm thinking how it applies to news broadcasting, and other media. They have big "mouths". But in essence, an important part of our speech regarding elections has been effectively silenced.

and use the infringement on our freedom of speech as the rationale. That is the rationale they used to pass it in the first place (money=speech).

If the Supreme Court equates money with free speech, then they have assured that those with the greatest wealth have the largest say and the loudest voice. That is completely anti-democratic.

Did you not see the (political money) part? That is the speech being referred to.

When one person can carpetbomb the airwaves with his political message because he has unlimited money, the rest of us little people no longer have a voice.

Is it really that difficult a concept?
