Can Democratic Candidates beat the Bush money machine?

Jeb Bush SuperPAC Smashes Record: Raises Over $1OO Million

The 2016 Election will be unlike any before in the history of the United States.

Jeb Bush’s SuperPAC just released a truly disturbing number: they’ve already raised more than $1OO million. It’s never been done this early.

Right-wing groups are going to spend hundred of millions of dollars to buy the election.

Can Bernie Sanders or Hillary Clinton compete?

This remains an open question.

If the answer is "yes," then Sanders or Clinton can compete.

Although it's unlikely Hillary and her allies could match the GOP nominee.

However, money isn't everything.

In 2012, Romney and the PACs backing him had a pretty clear advantage over Obama when it cam to $$$$.

Romney still got killed in the electoral college.

have billions they can throw at us. On the other hand if we make the issue one of bought and controlled politicians then we have a chance. That is one of the issues that people are angry about.

Once the nominee is selected there will be money from Unions and other groups that support progressive issues. Supposedly the DNC will support whoever is the nominee. And the supporters who helped their candidate get the nomination will no doubt continue to support them.

However, I think that people are not going to be fooled by the Rs. They already look like the worst clown car - like a bunch of idiots we do not want to even touch the WH. All the money in the world is not going to make us want that.
