1. Is that good? Meaning only 10%? 90% elsewhere that may be pro-Walker?

Thanks for the update but I am sure our Wisconsin brothers and sisters are hard at work today on GOTV for Barrett. And I don't have any idea what that means to the effort...

3. It's also good because Madison has a very large student population.

In 2010 young voters didn't turnout like they did in 2008.

There was a big effort on the UW campus to get students to vote early.

The Recall needs those young voters and high early voting might be consistent with students voting

from voting because they won't meet residency requirements at home, due to the new 28-day residency requirement (it used to be 10 days).

Madison proper is about 4% of the population of Wisconsin, if these results are really for the whole of Dane County (where Madison is) that represents 8.5% of the population. Either way it represents a share of the early votes larger than their share of the population, which is likely good for the Democrats.

I heard earlier that Madison and Milwaukee and 10-11% higher early voting than in 2010.
