THIS IS A MOMENT!

For a quarter century now, with the only exception being Iraq after it was clear it was a disaster, the republicans have increasingly acted like raging, gapping assholes, and gotten away with it because democrats have increasingly lost any will or desire to fight, which has enabled the mainstream media to become completely co opted into the republican propaganda machine.

The Iraq letter CAN be a seminal moment that serves to change the dynamic.

It is THAT bad. They will obviously come up with some justification within their tribe to rationalize it, but IF democrats come out hard and unison against it, whatever bullshit they come up with won't reasonate with the mushy middle.

But, the key is treating as the very serious issue IT IS. And, following the bullshit they pulled with Netanyahu.

IF there is grounds for, the Obama administration MUST bring charges against the senators.

Don't pussyfoot around it, say that this clearly was an attempt to undermine the clear constitutionally demanded efforts of the POTUS to carry out this country's foreign policy, and that they have to forward this issue to the legal system.

It will be ugly, and it will be messy, and republicans will act like frothying at the mouth 2 year olds.

So, it will be what the last 25 years has been, except instead of them just shitting all over the country they will be potentially held accountable for it AND will be on the defense instead of moving forward with their senseless stupidity.

Will it happen?

Just being accused of treason does not sit well with people. It is an ugly word and they deserve to wear it. It doesn't even have to be proven in court to hold water this time.

It's time people start using it at every possible chance.
If you are on TV... Use it!
If you call a radio station talk show... Use it!
If you write a letter to the editor... Use it!
If you write to your Senator... Use it!

Since they want to play that game... Let's play

They are wrong on pretty much everything, by a wide margin.

There were PLENTY of fights to be had with the high ground over the last few decades.

But, this one is too darn clear and simple, and something they are going to have a really, really hard time muddling up.

If the democrats can't gin themselves up for this one, they are fucking beyond any hope.

"It's Obama's fault."

No, really, this is not a joke.

This is pretty close to "it's her fault she got raped for wearing that short skirt"....

you'll see what the red meat red base is really like. Horrible! These people cry "Constitution!" when I'll bet they can't cite one thing about it.

They started up #47Patriots in response to #47Traitors.
