Mayor of Newark, Outspoken Democrat, and enthusiastic supporter of Barack Obama. The right has been using him as a poster child claiming that the Obama campaign is trying to shut him up after he said on Meet the Press that not all venture capital is bad. Of course, Booker was incensed, and went on Rachel Maddow to complain that they are completely mischaracterizing what he said AND what Obama's campaign said.
