Two days ago there were 7 Senate seats within 3 points. Same point in 2012 there were 2. In 2010 and 2008, 3. Very squeaky stuff abounds.

and Sullivan bringing in Romney and Cruz, of all people, to stump for him at the last minute is going to backfire on him big time. He's been fighting everyone's perception of him as an "Outsider" dependent on Koch and Rove money throughout this election cycle, and bringing these yahoos in now will just reinforce that perception. Everyone will remember that it was Cruz who shut down the federal government which employs thousands of people in this state, in fact one of the state's biggest employers. Stupid, stupid move.

I wouldn't say Begich has it in the bag, but it's looking much better for him than it did a couple of weeks ago.
