South Carolina state trooper Sean Groubert followed Levar Jones into the parking lot of a convenience store. It is evident from the video that Levar Jones was simply routinely getting out of his SUV likely to go shopping.
As Levar Jones is exiting the truck, trooper Sean Groubert asked to see his license. As Levar Jones turns around to get the license out of the SUV, trooper Sean Groubert shouts, “Get out of the car” as he fires several shots at Levar Jones.

That's the only explanation for this bullshit. The young man clearly reached to his back pocket to get his wallet before he realized it was in his truck. So he then goes to get it and bang, bang, bang. All because he was driving while black(seat belt violation).
