I'm basically like you--an Independent-Democrat and was a registered Independent for many years, but I live in MD where there are closed elections and realized that I was allowing really great liberal Democrats out of my sight. Donna Edwards is one of those and I had to vote for her. Then, I had to vote for Obama against Hillary in the primaries. So I eventually changed my registration to Democrat.

They prefer to jump on big waves and will jump on the perceived winner. They want to be on the popular side.

or does the DailyKos writer have a very good analyst for the 2014 Election day?

A lot of Saturday morning quarterbacks out there telling us what is supposed to or maybe might happen on Election day.
