Here's the definition from Urban Dictionary: The "Head Bitch In Charge" is a woman with unquestioned authority and gets what she wants whenever she wants it.

Forgot to add that the woman who is "texting" Hillary is Anna Wintour, the editor in chief of American Vogue. Anna is a notorious HBIC.

At the time of the 1995 Gridiron show in DC, she was on some diplomatic mission to "Benny" Butto in Pakistan, but she left a video she had made where she played "Hillary Gump." It was so funny, the whole room was in absolute hysterics.

"That's the White House over yonder. It's like a box o' chocolates: Pretty on the outside, but on the inside, it's full of NUTS!"

I have a bootleg copy of it, terrible quality, but that's all there is. It could never be released due to copyright issues.

AND if I'm around, let me know.

If this had ever gotten out, she would have been offered Leno's job in a heartbeat! She was THAT good.

Well I have family in Spain, France and Belgium. Who knows, maybe I can take a side trip to Germany. LOL!!

As far as being good, Hillary is a great imitator. Alas, it's not a side that she shows in public.

Gute nacht!!

Belgium is a "made up" country. It didn't exist until the mid 19th century and is the size of a postage stamp. My brother doesn't particularly care for it. They are a monarchy and he says that they have a fascist system. He much prefers France, but he's there for business and his girlfriend is Belgian (they live in Liege as he doesn't like city life). My brother is an economist with the EEC. He has now decided to live in both countries (3 months in each). Since I go as a tourist, I have a ball everywhere I go.

I've been coming here for nearly 40 years, these days, nearly once a week. I speak both French and Flemish. Like France, they have sort of a Napoleonic code of "justice," i.e. guilty until proven innocent. I can understand why he wants out, and Liège is not exactly urban heaven, even if you DO like cities. Now Düsseldorf, on the other hand, that's a different story altogether. A quick walk takes you from the dynamic Königsallee, with its chic restaurants, banks, and highbrow shops, to the quiet old town where you can plunk yourself down in a café on the river bank and watch the barges float by on their way either to Holland (if headed downriver) or Switzerland (if headed upriver). I "live" near a 1000 year old castle in a little village that is a medieval suburb of Düsseldorf. My wife is German, and she doesn't want to live anywhere else.

And at the time (this was March, 1995, remember), we were told of the dire consequences of showing it or letting it get out. I'm glad it is, though. She was SOOOOO good in this, it should be out there. I can't believe the Forrest Gump rights owners would still put up a fuss about this.

Good on you for finding it and posting a link!

I stayed home from work today, I wasn't feeling well. Anyway, I was reading some article that linked to YouTube and there it was. The article I was reading had nothing to do with this video. What a small world.
