I can't believe they gave his rotten, dumbass brother enough votes to let him steal it once, let alone twice. Now, I put nothing past them.

then I will go on record right now as it being, all but a done deal.

Hello pResident Jeb.

And we have no one else to blame but our own party "leaders".

voted for him because they did not like what R's were saying about SS and Medicare. Now, they don't like Obama's budget and are saying what's the difference. We may find that difficult, but to them it makes perfect sense, especially those that straddle the R/D fence. They would vote for Jeb, no question at all. The democrats are embarked on a very treacherous road. They are losing a grip on being a "we the people party" and are now on the road of being "we the money party."

the GOP state legislatures can still continue to tweak the rules in individual states so that it will be more inconvenient for likely Dems to vote. We saw them pull that shit this past election, but luckily they got caught and it actually boosted Democratic enthusiasm. Now they're still at it, except their efforts this time are more under the radar, since other things in the news are getting more coverage.

Anything can happen from now until 2016.
Can't rule out another Bush just yet.
Or another Clinton for that matter.

Dynasties rule!

enough to demoralize the base such that there is a low turnout in 2014. I'm much more concerned about 2014 than I am about 2016. If not enough Democrats turnout for the midterms, the larger discussion becomes moot.

There are enough stupid people in this country to do that. After all, Bush the Dumber's popularity has risen since he left office.
