I keep seeing that we dish out millions and millions to other countries not in need yet at home we have furloughs and sequesters (i.e. cuts).
So who is doing this?

I'd focus your concern there, if I were you.

(9,033 posts)or at least have half its resources dedicated to the greatest threat we face: global warming. Put all those engineers and scientists and technicians to work developing new, clean energy sources and cleaning up the mess from the old ones.
