Wisconsin Republicans continue attempts at election fraud.

This is truly outrageous. I consider these people criminals

From Charlie Pierce
http://www.esquire.com/blogs/politics/latest-from-wisconsin-041913
His article begins:

Because we all could use a break, let's check in on the latest news from the midwest subsidiary of Koch Industries formerly known as the state of Wisconsin.

The Pierce piece quotes the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel
http://www.jsonline.com/news/statepolitics/redist19-ql9k8m4-203686741.html
As Democrats were seeking access to Republican redistricting files last year, hundreds of thousands of computer files were deleted from state computers used by GOP aides, according to documents filed Thursday in federal court in Milwaukee.
Democratic plaintiffs alleged in the court filing that six days after an agreement for Republicans to hand over files used to draw new legislative districts, someone logged in as a Republican aide deleted hundreds of thousands of redistricting files from one of the computers. The following week, redistricting documents were handed over to Democrats. "The meaning of this . . . cannot be known unless and until the deleted files are recovered and reviewed," one of the filings said of the deletions.

As Charlie said:
Don't sleep on Wisconsin. It's the lab rat for everything else they want to do.

The leaders of this are no wild-eyed right wing true believers.

They are coldly calculating, manipulative power-hungry people with loyalty only to money and power. They don't care about restricting abortion rights, they don't care who sleeps with whom, and they believe in no god they can't see. They are very good at manipulating those who DO care about stuff like that, and so they talk the talk. But they care not one whit about those issues. The walk they walk is about money and power. PERIOD. If they need useful ignorant true believers to do their voting for them, they'll use them until their usefulness is at an end.

These are no idiots, as opposed to the ones that follow them. They know full well that what they're up to is against the interests of a majority of the people of the United States. They don't care. If they can lie and manipulate themselves into power, and then rig elections to the point where they will stay there, they'll do it.

not to mention unconstitutional. How these people can fancy themselves "patriots" is beyond me.
