1. Democratic incumbent US Senators likely to lose re-election in 2014.

Vulnerable Incumbent vs Likely Republican challenger
AR(Pryor-D) vs Darr-R
LA(Landrieu-D) vs Landry-R
MT(Baucus-D) vs Stapleton-R
NC(Hagan-D) vs Berry-R
SD(Johnson-D) vs Rounds-R

Democrats will lose the open seat in WV(Capito-R) -1R
and potential open seat in SD(Rounds-R vs Herseth-D) -2R.
Democrats could hang onto MT if Schweitzer-D is the nominee- Baucus-D role as Finance committee chair is a liability. (2010 CT- unpopular senior Democratic incumbent gets replaced by popular Democratic statewide elected official)
Democrats hold onto AK(Begich-D vs Miller-R) and IA(Braley-D vs King-R) and possible open seat in MI.
Tossup races are in AR,LA,and NC.
