Considering Judd has not even said if she is running or not and has not done any campaigning yet then I think it's too early to know what the polls would say if there really was a head to head race going on.

Judd-D defeats McConnell-R in 2014, Luallen-D gets elected Governor in 2015, and Grimes defeats Paul-R in 2016. Women candidates winning high profile office in KY.
