A larger question will be whether the Clinton emails were read before they got the warrant. And if they were it basically makes all those emails inadmissible as evidence. In any case, if it is established that agents involved in either the Clinton email investigation or the Wiener investigation were leaking to Giuliani (Which I think is probable) both investigations could be tainted. And all because Giuliani could not keep his big mouth shut. You can bet that at least one of the leakers to Giuliani will cop a CYA plea to allow prosecutors to nail Giuliani.
