the same way republicans do with clintons emails. fight fire with fire. every dem talker, be they an elected official, strategist, or host of some kind needs to bring this up any time they are invited on to talk about hillary's emails (well, huma and weiner's emails). say yes, but if we want transparency why did donald trump in many of his businesses delete vital emails relating to business interests? documents that courts wanted to look at? is it because it shows more business failings that he was ashamed of, or is it something more serious like alleged business dealings with the russian goverment and mafia?

we can't fumble around the way dems usually do on issues of weakness. karl rove is a deplorable man but he was brilliant with the strategy of attack where you're weak instead of running from it (see gwb's service record vs. john kerry's). dems need to nuke trump on this and blur the line so much on the emails that middle of the road voters get more confused than they already are and it blunts this as a potential problem for hillary. put trump on the defensive.

Donald Trump has a long, troubling history of destroying and hiding important documents in lawsuits, but he thinks Hillary Clinton’s the one who should be going to jail.

http://www.newsweek.com/2016/11/11/donald-trump-companies-destroyed-emails-documents-515120.html

Trump’s use of deception and untruthful affidavits, as well as the hiding or improper destruction of documents, dates back to at least 1973, when the Republican nominee, his father and their real estate company battled the federal government over civil charges that they refused to rent apartments to African-Americans. The Trump strategy was simple: deny, impede and delay, while destroying documents the court had ordered them to hand over

59. It says Trump has systematically destroyed emails for years, often in defiance of court orders.
Mon Oct 31, 2016, 11:21 PM
Oct 2016

Here's a small excerpt from the Newsweek article:

Over the course of decades, Donald Trump’s companies have systematically destroyed or hidden thousands of emails, digital records and paper documents demanded in official proceedings, often in defiance of court orders. These tactics—exposed by a Newsweek review of thousands of pages of court filings, judicial orders and affidavits from an array of court cases—have enraged judges, prosecutors, opposing lawyers and the many ordinary citizens entangled in litigation with Trump. In each instance, Trump and entities he controlled also erected numerous hurdles that made lawsuits drag on for years, forcing courtroom opponents to spend huge sums of money in legal fees as they struggled—sometimes in vain—to obtain records.

This behavior is of particular import given Trump’s frequent condemnations of Hillary Clinton, his Democratic opponent, for having deleted more than 30,000 emails from a server she used during her time as secretary of state. While Clinton and her lawyers have said all of those emails were personal, Trump has suggested repeatedly on the campaign trail that they were government documents Clinton was trying to hide and that destroying them constituted a crime. The allegation—which the FBI concluded was not supported by any evidence—is a crowd-pleaser at Trump rallies, often greeted by supporters chanting, “Lock her up!”

The Trump strategy was simple: deny, impede and delay, while destroying documents the court had ordered them to hand over. Shortly after the government filed its case in October, Trump attacked: He falsely declared to reporters that the feds had no evidence he and his father discriminated against minorities, but instead were attempting to force them to lease to welfare recipients who couldn’t pay their rent.

The family’s attempts to slow down the federal case were at times nonsensical. Trump submitted an affidavit contending that the government had engaged in some unspecified wrongdoing by releasing statements to the press on the day it brought the case without first having any “formal communications” with him; he contended that he’d learned of the complaint only while listening to his car radio that morning. But Trump’s sworn statement was a lie. Court records show that the government had filed its complaint at 10 a.m. and phoned him almost immediately afterward. The government later notified the media with a press release.

so tired of the dem talkers and dem social media not doing their job and forcing the lazy msm to cover a story. if it isn't an issue, MAKE it an issue the same way trump does with all of his insane rants. keep hammering it and hammering it and hammering it until it becomes an issue. take a page out of their book. cover them in the muck of an email scandal, create innuendo about what trump may have been hiding and make them defend their actions, make them squirm, make deleted emails a net neutral issue.

or, constantly questioned by the hosts about Hillary and Anthony Weiner's email, it's difficult. And, numerous studies have confirmed that news shows have a distinct Republican bias in them - when a Democrat is on a news show, there is almost always a Republican on there to provide a voice of opposition. If there is one guest on a news or talking head show, it's almost always a Republican.

Trump's trick of showing up at invitation-only events for charities he gave NOTHING to. Apparently he's done this a number of times to get himself portrayed as a philanthropist by the media.

But he doesn't necessarily just show up for the glam stroll up the red carpet while cameras flash. The story being described when I had to leave was of him marching up onto a podium out of nowhere and seating himself, displacing the real donor that seat was for.

While the info might be damaging to some other candidate at another time, this just serves to reinforce what is already known: Trump's a dishonest, dirty, autocratic businessman, and a person of lousy character who shouldn't be allowed to even tour the White House, let alone hold any public office. The last paragraph of the article sums it up:
https://www.google.com/amp/www.newsweek.com/2016/11/11/donald-trump-companies-destroyed-emails-documents-515120.html%3famp=1?client=safari

...THIS REVIEW OF TRUMP’S many decades of abusing the judicial system, ignoring judges, disregarding rules, destroying documents and lying about it is not simply a sordid history lesson. Rather, it helps explain his behavior since he declared his candidacy. He promised to turn over his tax returns and his health records—just as he promised to comply with document discovery requirements in so many lawsuits—then reneged. As a result, he has left a sparse evidentiary trail that can be used to assess his wealth, his qualifications for the presidency or even his fitness. Should voters choose him to be the next U.S. president, he will enter the Oval Office as a mystery, a man who has repeatedly flouted the rules. He has solemnly told the country to trust him while refusing to produce any records to prove whether he speaks the truth or has utter contempt for it.

Trump bugles taps with his Educational University milieu, yet now many young students are considering the aggregate approach through the Internet, building talent and skill other than just the diploma.

The American University System is loaded with bias, and…liable unaccountable ethics or integrity, and our political people want to make it free for all Americans. That is a unique sense of sanguine social perversion to let Trump in his slathering contempt of Justice.

Trump says he will do some great things!

No not magna cum laude, meaning "with great honor" No, more of the same in deception, rather summa cum laude, meaning "with highest honor" of social corruption.

America now has a majority balance of college educated that screw the citizen for selfie service aversive pledges in over priced electro-electronic communications. Rampant free speech is money. Federal Reserve special Banking services,

So, to make things work better cut the American Social Security. That is a decay formula that not only lacks imagination, it is prosaic extinction. The formula is increase Social Security, likely to sustain an economic golden age unparalleled in history. Sheesh even the rich would get richer…
