Mr Trump, this week Billy Bush was fired from his morning show host on NBC. If just laughing at what you said on that bus is not good enough for a morning TV show where they discuss gossip and give cooking recipes, how come you are still eligible for the most powerful job in the world?

1. Both of them, together, created a hostile work environment for a female colleague.

That's what really happened.

Set aside for a second the women coming forward to say Trump did these same things to them.

Focus on what happened in that Bus.

Two men, in a work setting, are on their way to met a female colleague. They demean her, and make sexual comments about her looks. They have created a hostile work environment for her, even though she does not know it.

Men can not and should not be allowed to do this to their female colleagues, even if the female colleague has not idea. Once they demean a female colleague for her gender or her appearance, its game over.

They created a hostile work environment for her.

These are not just words ... Trump and Billy Bush created a hostile environment for their female colleague. Period.

We did not need other women to come forward to know this about Trump's behavior.
