New Strategy For Wednesday's Debate
We all saw Trump take advantage of Trump's thin skin in the first debate. In the second debate, he was more prepared for it, as he attempted to keep his cool and look Presidential.
There was a moment in the 2nd debate that really stood out to me:
RADDATZ: What do you think will happen if Aleppo falls?
TRUMP: I think Aleppo is a disaster, humanitarian-wise.
RADDATZ: What do you think will happen if it falls?
TRUMP: I think that it basically has fallen. OK? It basically has fallen.
It stood out to me, because I was especially excited to see Trump give a disaster answer. Unfortunately, he was able to back out of that quickly. It's clear here and in so many instances that Trump has no knowledge of foreign policy. He has no knowledge of any policy. His answers are short and simple and use superlatives.
I would like to see Hillary exploit this weakness, rather than bait him on his short temper. If Trump is ever pressed for specifics, he is going to come up empty.
He is focusing on easy answers and a calm demeanor. I believe that there is a lot more "stupid" in Trump that has not been brought to light in the debates.
