5. They're aware of it. I even heard Chris Hayes briefly mention it.

But the lawsuit hasn't been served on Trump yet; and there was another filing that was never served on him either -- and got withdrawn instead.

So this could go somewhere, or it could just disappear.

4. Maybe because this is the third time the lawsuit has been filed,

and has an anonymous plaintiff, and two anonymous witnesses.

The first time was in California, and was rejected for technicalities.

The second time was in New York. It was never served on Trump, and the lawyer asked the court if they could withdraw it and refile it later. The judge said yes.

Then they filed it a third time, with a second corroborating witness added. This is when the judge gave it the December 16th hearing date. But the plaintiff's attorneys still haven't served the lawsuit on Trump yet. Until they do, it's not real.
