On the contrary, I believe it makes him more relatable to his supporters, and gives them a convenient and ever-present false equivalency trampoline on which to smear Hillary for her husband's alleged past transgressions.

I wish the election would focus on the issues and the qualifications the candidates have to solve those issues too, but we're not going to see that this year. Trump has run a campaign devoid of issues and policy and has instead run on rambling conspiracy theories and alpha male barking. This is his bed, the media helped make it, by giving him attention, yes, but this is Trump's bed. Now he's got to lie in it and he's not going to like how it feels.
