Red state, purple state, blue state -- we need to a resounding rejection of rump everywhere

I think many of us are enthusiastic about Hillary, but for others it is rump's lunacy that will get them to the polls. I was talking with a relative of mine who loved Sanders and hates the Clintons, and said to him, "I suppose you're going to vote third-party because you hardly need to vote for Hillary given that you live in Massachusetts." And, much to my surprise he said, "I'm absolutely voting for Hillary -- rump and all he stands for need to be crushed in the polls."

Hillary needs way more than 270 electoral votes. She needs to win so big that the Republican Party has no choice but to reject rumpism and its followers. This election is not just about electing Hillary, but it's about crushing a right-wing, sexist, racist, homophobic, anti-worker, anti-student, militaristic, extralegal movement. It is so important that everyone turn out to vote even if you're in the bluest of blue states (like I am) because we need to send a message that we will not tolerate rump and his backers. We will not consider him a legitimate candidate in way. We will not respect his message or ideas, but instead will vote in record numbers and reject him like no candidate has been rejected before.
