Donald - Maybe You Should Drop Out Now.....

Let's see. They found 5 (or more) felonies today that we know of. You appear to be guilty as hell of self dealing, having your charity pay your corporation's bills/fines.

When you run for president they look under lots of rocks. When it comes to how you do business Donald, there is a slimy thing (felony) under a large percentage of said rocks.

Self dealing?

Textbook.

And we have 50 plus days to go.

How many more crimes will they uncover? God only knows. I hope he can count that high.

I know it doesn't matter to your supporters because you are going to "fix" our broken government you say. Ok. To the rest of us? Having a (real) criminal as president doesn't sound all that appealing. No, really. You are obviously a criminal, and it is just a matter of time before you do the perp walk.

Maybe you should have talked to one of your hundreds of lawyers about your criminal acts before you threw your hat (Make America Great Again) into the ring.

Ya think?

21. If Nate Silver can be believed he currently has a 43.8% chance of doing so.

That's a lot closer than I'd like.

Who would bring charges against him in the charity mis-use of funds? Would it be NY or federal? Who ever it is, I hope it's damn soon!!!

Thanks.

13. This is scary to me

As much as I think he may have committed crimes, I do not want there to be any appearances that President Clinton or any of her subordinates had anything to do with the charges.

And even being charged in NY would scare me. Unless the crime is blatantly obvious.

Because as much as I hate the SOB, setting the precedence of sending a losing Presidential candidate to jail is just a scary thought. I would almost rather let charges go after the FBI gives him the once over.

I guess I am conflicted about the whole thing. Because I do not trust the electorate enough to see the difference in justified charges and ones that are trumped up.

14. If elected, he probably will be impeached soon after

for "take your pick". President Pence will take office with VP Ryan at his side. It will be the corporate elitists dream team and something they have been working for all along.

If he stays in office Pence will be running things anyway while The Donald keeps the news networks entertained.

Now I understand why he picked Pence for his VP.
He probably figures that people won't want to lock him up because then we will have have it worse!

16. Well

He really wasn't expecting to get this far. It was just a short term gig to get some free publicity and gin up his brand. Unfortunately, winning is addictive, especially to people like Trump. He has always gotten away with so much crap, he didn't realize that running for president is different. He is going to regret this adventure, if he hasn't already.

and answer some of these questions

Then he might cancel the next 2 debates

Mike Pains is just as bad, and probably has a better chance of winning - if only because too many swing voters think he's "nice."

Sure he is. In a Ted Bundy sort of way.

31. If he were to drop out, who would replace him?

Because there wouldn't just be a vacuum or an asterisk next to the Republican Presidential electors column come November.

Keep in mind that Hillary Clinton is herself highly unpopular, and among the reasons Trump is polling as well as he is, is that very many potential voters out there totally despise her, and would vote for Satan himself instead of her.

And keep in mind that someone else who was campaigning for the Democratic nomination polled well above her in the general election match-ups. And no, I'm NOT re-fighting the primary, just pointing out the reality that none of us should forget. Here inside DU there is nothing but warmth and affection and love and Kumbaya for Hillary Clinton. As it should be. But we are not the only ones who will be voting in November. There are lots and lots of others out there, many of whom differ from us in important ways. And don't just dismiss them -- just as we would not want to be dismissed. There are genuine differences out there, and not every one who isn't a fan of Hillary Clinton is some idiot to be dismissed. There are reasonable reasons to oppose her, which I'm not about to go into, because they aren't at all important on this forum. But we need to understand genuine differences that might be overcome by reason. And try very hard to do so.

If nothing else, we can hammer home the spectacle of a President Donald Trump, and all that would mean on the world stage. His true believers are unmovable, and they don't really matter here. It's all those who have their doubts about Clinton, regardless of the reason or the validity of their doubts. It's them we must persuade to vote for Clinton.

Stop fretting re HRC being "untrustworthy". Its been 30 years and nothing has been unearthed to justify the Repugnants constant attacks.

Celebrate her character.

They are shitting themselves that drumph is hanging around.

He's a total ignoramus and performing buffoon with no credibility whatsoever.

Even some of the media is starting to question all the GOP attacks. They have had media people simply repeating this BS for decades like the puppets they are.
