Biden: Community college should be free

Vice President Biden on Thursday doubled down on a proposal to make attending community college free for students.

“The president and I and Hillary [Clinton] are talking about free community college education,” Biden said during a speech to the Center for American Progress.

“I don’t know of any businessman that believes 12 years is enough education to compete in the 21st century,” he added.
