Confused how does he get to declare bankruptcy 14 times since each one lasts 7 years? He looks to be in his 40's- Has he done one every 3 years since birth? Even hiding behindcompanies a loan originator knows who was running a bankrupt company...

4. The law says you can only ask for the judgement of 7 years - but you can file...

 

and that stops, say, a foreclosure.Then you miss a mandatory meeting and your case is dismissed.

But you have gained some time and potentially disrupted your foreclosure for a while. And they proved you can do that several times.
