Boner throws in the towel on Obamacare

This was one thing I was watching for closely - to see if the Republicans were still going to push forward with trying to repeal Obamacare. It sounds like they're giving up on that, which makes sense since it will be fully implemented by the time Obama leaves office.

Asked whether Congress will attempt another repeal of President Obama's health care reform law, House Speaker John Boehner told ABC News in an interview: "Obamacare is the law of the land."

Next will come expansion of Medicare.

3. The teabaggers said earlier this year that they would keep voting to repeal. Boehner has some

control over what comes to a vote, but there are too many crazies for him to stop it. Obviously it would only be symbolic.
