Does anyone know anything about this race?

"The article says Murphy had 50.4 percent of the vote, giving him a margin of about three-quarters of a percentage point. That is above the threshold for a recount under state law."

Can he win in court?

there are still thousands of absentee ballots to be counted and sadly absentee ballots tend to favor republicans....On the bright side, my ex-husband is a republican who voted for Romney but split his ballot to vote for Murphy and Nelson, and my son voted straight Democratic, both voted by absentee ballot...so perhaps there is hope.

There are also thousands of provisional ballots that need to be verified and counted.

And seeing as how the GOP went out of their way to make as many blacks have to fill out provisonal ballots, then you would be right to assume that the provisionals will go to Obama.
