The Supreme Court during the next four years

One of the things that terrified me of a possible Romney win were what the makeup of the SCOTUS would take during his first term. I remember reading that Ginsberg was planning to retire in about 2015 or so. Thank goodness she won't be replaced with another Scalito clone. Is there any chance that Kennedy might take a hike, thereby changing the court from 4-5 to 5-4? One can only hope that Antonin "Abortion is wrong but execution is okay even if you're innocent or just fourteen years old" Scalia's days on the court are numbered as well.

I am so relieved that Obama won, especially for the sake of the SCOTUS.
