I wish one of the major speakers at the Convention would say this or something like it.

I want to scream every time some "pundit" says Donald Trump "projects strength" in the fight against terrorism.

That's my ONLY beef about the convention last night. There needs to be mention of how the Obama administration succeeded where the Republicans failed, and failed miserably. Hopefully this point will be made during a major, prime time speech sometime in the next few days.

Oh, and God Bless Bernie Sanders!

1. Well, last night was divided into very specific sections before the big speakers

Labor, Immigration, mental health/substance abuse, etc. I suspect we'll have one on national security/foreign affairs one night. Get a couple of four-star generals out there to talk about their respect for Hillary as their potential CIC, etc.

But we need to hammer HARD on this issue, since it's at the heart (well, aside from racism, sexism and ableism) of Trump's supposed appeal.

In this issue, as in all others, Trump is pure blather. That needs to be stressed again and again and again.
