1. And by doing anything that helps Trump's odds, they prove they aren't progressives.
All they care about are themselves, and getting their way.

8. Then they're not actually Bernie supporters or Democrats
More of Bernie's desires are included in this year's platform than any other platform in the Democratic Party history. If they can't recognize how much more they gain by Clinton winning in November, then they have no fucking clue what Bernie was actually fighting for.

12. And some of us are panicked because our convention is noisy.
This what it's supposed to look like, folks. Delegates come to cheer on their own and maybe boo the opposition. We just forget this in the years when there is one pre-anointed candidate.
By the end, we will be united. This is hardly 1968. |

36. His delegates booed Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Lee this morning for mentioning Hillary.
His delegates chanted LOCK HER UP in several meetings.
His delegates hounded DWS off the stage (yes, it was stupid for her to get ONstage, but still). His delegates booed at EVERY MENTION of Hillary's name in Bernie's speech and would not let him continue because they were screaming. I mean obviously, #notalldelegates, and I CANNOT TELL YOU how much I appreciate Bernie supporters who can see the actual life and death f*cking DANGER posed by Donald Trump and who will vote for her and not DESTROY our convention. But the vocal minority are helping Trump, and they are doing it in EXACTLY the same way the Republicans did. By expressing rage and hate for Hillary Clinton. |

They belong to the Crazy People party, and they merely impersonated Democrats for the purpose of trashing our convention and helping Trump win. They belong at the fart-in, not the convention. They are the enemy, and they were allowed inside the gates. |

They aren't Democrats, they're Green Party trolls who infiltrated our party by getting themselves named delegates.
Show them the door. We need closed primaries to keep these scumbags out. They're not going to vote for our nominee in the general election, so they should absolutely be barred from voting in our primary. |

25. Agree on closed primaries. But listen
to what most are cheering. Sure, there are some hostile rabble come to disrupt. What did we expect? Bernie set out to pad his support by drawing them in, so no surprise, but they are not the majority. Unfortunate that he was unable to inspire his followers into drowning the others out.

they would NEVER vote for Hillary. Said she should be in prison.
They're not passionately engaged, they're there for a hatefest. As it stands now, our nominee will be booed from the minute she gets onstage until the minute she's hounded off. America will see a Democratic party who HATES their nominee. We could lose this election. I didn't think that until today. |
