What is you best insult for Trump? Trump the Toad? Great Lakoff piece on HuffPo

George Lakoff, cognitive scientist and author of the great book, "Don't Think of an Elephant," has a great piece in Huffington Post today on how to understand Trump's appeal and his peculiar expertise.

Part of what he concludes about Trump's effectiveness is his branding Hillary with "Crooked Hilary," even though this is not true, she represented herself incredibly well in front of the Right-Wing Benghazi committee, etc.

So what is your best insult or name for Trump? I would go with "Trump the Toad" as one possible suggestion.

Any ideas?
