8. He sure is delaying it, isn't he? I assume he was, as usual, lying when he

said he had prepared only a victory speech, not a concession speech, but he really does seem to be arrogant enough to have played it that way.

Obama said that he had prepared both kinds of speech, but Romney insisted that he had prepared only his victory speech. If that actually is true, then he might be delaying because like a kid who puts his homework off until just before it is due, he has to scramble to get it done.

My guess, though, is that he is just a bad loser and is having trouble coming out and acknowledging that he has lost. He might just find it hard to deal with and to speak about publicly--or he might just be being petty and making Obama and Obama's supporters wait, even though they must be exhausted and desperate to get some rest.

On edit: He forced his own supporters to wait there, too! How inconsiderate of him.
