Why are there Trump ads paid for by Donald J. Trump for President that popup here? Is it like an outside ad service that you can't control?

It is all based on what you search on and sites you visit. I was researching some paint sprayers and now all my adds are for paint related items. Or cars because I am always looking at new cars.

When I see the ads that I don't want to see, click on the ad choices link and turn the ads off that you don't like.

I have seen them myself and quickly dispensed with them.

5. It's a Google algorithm based on YOU. When I'm on Amazon the ads change while I'm browsing...

...and when I return after days or weeks the Amazon algorithm "remembers" and offers me more, as well as sending me emails. Wish I could turn those off with a small donation that way I so easily did with DU.
