It would be very, very hard for a man of his age and girth and redness of face to be a coke addict or tweaker and he's clearly not on any kind of down. I think (unofficially) he's manic as hell and is a foaming malignant narcissist with delusions of grandeur and a possible hot case of ADD but not addiction.
