this nation has ever had. He also wants to nuke ISIS strongholds. He also said there would be NO LIMITS on his use of torture and extend the pain to family members who would also be marked for death.

Why is Pilger pretending that Trump didn't promise these actions?

"In Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia – next door to Russia – the US military is deploying combat troops, tanks, heavy weapons. This extreme provocation of the world’s second nuclear power is met with silence in the West."

Uncle Joe Stalin was so concerned about capitalist encirclement he entered into a peace treaty with Hitler to invade and divide Poland.

It seemed like that would be both more productive and entertaining, at least based on the article title.

I alerted after it was already alerted on, so I only got the results, not the comments.

But judging by the contents of this post, and its blatant support for Trump, I'm not sure why any DUer would let it stand, unless they aren't Democrats and probably will vote for Trump.

I think threads like this smoke people out so they have some redeeming value. I don't believe it can be logically disputed a pro-Trump contingent is in our midst.

I haven't counted, but I think it's about 20. And the difference it has made to my enjoyment of this website is remarkable. I'll do a full amnesty after the primaries are over on DU, but during this period I just don't need the anxiety.

I guess I must be on some ignore lists for my views, but I hope not for any rudeness. I try to be polite always, even when I am engaging with people who are decidedly impolite to me.

Becuz a trump Supreme Court will roll back civil rights and bring the fucking wars home to women & minirities the likes we've never seen.

I'm a SBS supporter but I don't think a HRC White House will act unencumbered. Congress will have a say in military actions. And if elected, after 4 or 8 years we can change course easily with a less hawkish candidate.

What we can't do is unappoint right wing SC justices. That's potentially a lifetime of unraveling hard earned constitutional rights.

A chance HRC may blow up the world vs trump will certainly blow up this country?

Our chances are better with HRC.

On edit: pilger didn't take into account trump wants everyone to have nukes. Duh

He is not being threatened with "some form of punishment" for reproductive choice. He doesn't have to worry about health care. Sticking it to Hillary by supporting Trump for president is really not that big a deal for someone like him.
