A Harvard MBA Guy Is Out to Bring Down the Clintons (Clinton Foundation)

http://wallstreetonparade.com/2016/05/a-harvard-mba-guy-is-out-to-bring-down-the-clintons/

Remember Harry Markopolos? That’s the tenacious financial expert that pounded on the door of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for years, providing it with detailed, written evidentiary support for the premise that Bernie Madoff, the respected former Chairman of the NASDAQ stock market, was running a massive Ponzi scheme. The SEC never confirmed the fraud before Madoff confessed as he ran out of money in December 2008 because it skipped the most basic of investigation techniques: it failed to verify if real stocks and bonds actually existed in Madoff’s client portfolios. They didn’t.

There’s a new Markopolos in town with that same brand of leave-no-stone-unturned tenacity and he has his sights set on the charity operations of Hillary and Bill Clinton, known as the Clinton Foundation and its myriad tentacles. Ortel’s actions come just as Hillary Clinton makes her final sprint for the Democratic nomination for President of the United States with Bill in tow as her economic czar. Like Markopolos, Charles Ortel does not mince words.

In a 9-page letter dated yesterday and posted to his blog, Ortel calls the Clintons’ charity the “largest unprosecuted charity fraud ever attempted,” adding for good measure that the Clinton Foundation is part of an “international charity fraud network whose entire cumulative scale (counting inflows and outflows) approaches and may even exceed $100 billion, measured from 1997 forward.” Ortel lists 40 potential areas of fraud or wrongdoing that he plans to expose over the coming days.

He was all over the Madoff fraud years before anybody else. He matched up Madoff's returns with the strategies he claimed to be employing and showed that the returns were impossible. Had the SEC paid attention to him it would have saved a lot of investors a lot of money that was lost to fraud.

I've been wondering what the Clinton Foundation supposedly did. All I could find were little tiny projects here and there. Although some of the heads of the subgroups and average workers seemed sincere (that weren't part of the Clinton political machine).

It looks like there was a deadline Nov of last year. The Clinton Foundation hasn't had a proper audit in at least 15 years. So that's why nobody can figure out what they've done with the money. It is required at state, Federal and International level to have audits. Also, the various foundation subgroups need to incorporate as a charity properly and solicitations and expenses need to be reaonable and mostly related to the charity it has been form for. Bill and his buddy Ira solicited money on claims NOT in the charter of the organization they were soliciting money for.

The Clintons need to answer to at least Arkansas, Massachusetts and New York because those were three states where they formed charities. Also nationally and internationally... yet they were never called on the fact they weren't getting a proper audit? Why weren't the respective tax governing bodies on their tail? Why wasn't their trustees and head employees making sure there was a proper audit and forms filled out? 15 years!!!!

I think this is going to be a much bigger deal than the emails. It may be why the emails were kept secret. It sure shows a lack of procedure and respect for the law, kind of like the email scandal. On the surface it looks like the Clintons ran their own illegal racketeering scheme. If this is true, all three should go to jail.

It could also have ramifications for donors - all of a sudden their donations are not tax exempt.

What a mess. And all those governments involved looked the other way. India, Ireland, Haiti... what a mess.

Somewhere in America, a child's teeth are rotting for lack of affordable nutrition and $150.00 worth of dental care.
