5. What matters now is getting the best Democratic candidate

and it isn't someone who is being investigated by the FBI and who hobnobs with the same people we are supposed to be opposing.

10. Are you for real?

She is in no way, shape or form the best Democratic candidate. She changes her positions constantly, she gets all lovey-dovey with the Trumps, the Bushes, and Henry Kissinger, she gives only tepid support to core Democratic issues, and she's projecting her inner Richard Nixon. And on top of that, she's being investigated by the FBI.

And Hillary is nowhere near clinching the nomination with *pledged* delegates.

21. Geez-- FBI investigations, for one thing

And there are still lots of primaries left, and Bernie is the favorite in all but one.

Neither Bernie nor Hillary will have enough pledged delegates by the convention.

And talk about "subverting the will of voters"-- perhaps you would like to explain why Bernie shut Hillary out in Vermont, but superdelegate Howard Dean has still pledged his vote for her.

Or why Bernie absolutely trounced Hillary in Colorado and Wyoming, but may actually end up with fewer delegates from those states because of the non-elected superdelegates?

23. Bernie has zero chance of catching up in pledged delegates.

It won't even be close. All you can hope for is a superdelegate rebellion, but the superdelegates are Democrats, they aren't going to override the overwhelming will of the electorate to install a socialist that the Democratic voters rejected.

I guess you don't like math, but I suggest looking up the numbers for yourself. Sorry, Bernie's toast. Time to get on board to defeat Trump.

You're basically talking about the "overwhelming will of the *Southern* electorate". Outside of the South, Bernie has done better than Hillary.

26. You know, 300 or so more pledged delegates, 3 million more votes.

And the South is part of the country as well. Even Southern states like New York, Pennsylvania, and Ohio get to vote. As well they should.

Yeah, if you only count states where Bernie won, then he wins. Sorry, it doesn't work that way.

42. You realize that there was a lot of election fraud in New York, right?

Even the mayor of New York City conceded that

http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/protesters-pan-alleged-ny-primary-fraud-board-elections-hq-article-1.2623513

There was also voter suppression in Illinois

http://usuncut.com/politics/illinois-democratic-establishment-refuses-to-allow-late-voting-for-voters-turned-away-from-polls/

And auditing fraud there that favored Hillary
http://www.inquisitr.com/3022058/election-board-scandal-21-bernie-votes-were-erased-and-49-hillary-votes-added-to-audit-tally-group-declares-video/

Not to mention the "official Democratic sample ballots" in Illinois that conveniently omitted Bernie's name.

Then there's the Justice Department's investigation of voter suppression in Arizona

http://edition.cnn.com/2016/04/05/politics/justice-department-investigation-arizona/

And then there was the "misreporting" of election data in Colorado that favored Hillary

http://www.denverpost.com/election/ci_29755029/colorado-democrats-admit-mistake-that-cost-bernie-sanders

And who can forget Bill Clinton violating the spirit if not the letter of election laws in Massachusetts?

http://www.bostonmagazine.com/news/blog/2016/03/01/bill-clinton-massachusetts-voting-laws/

And caucus counting shenanigans in Iowa?

48. Did you even read the goddamn links?

The Justice Department is investigating Arizona election shenanigans, for crying out loud! Thousandss of people stood in line for hours, only to be told they couldn't vote. And the number of polling places in Phoenix was severely reduced from about 200 in 2008 to 60 in 2016, even though the city had grown in population in the meantime.

The state of New York has admitted that thousands of voters were prevented from voting through no fault of their own. More than 100,000 voters were purged in Brooklyn alone-- Bernie's hometown. Tens of thousands more were prevented from voting by having a ridiculously early deadline for switching party affiliation.

There is video evidence that votes in Illinois were switched from Hillary to Bernie. Not to mention the goddamn "official democratic sample ballots" in Cook County that omitted Bernie's name.

And in Iowa, the head of the Clinton campaign was in charge of tallying the goddamn caucus votes-- and she wouldn't provide the hard data. Even the Des Moines Register, which had endorsed Hillary, admitted that something was rotten in Denmark.

If any of this crap had happened in any other country, it would be a given that massive election fraud was occurring. But because it's in the USA, and it favors your candidate, you willingly turn a blind eye to it.

Another casualty of Sanders supporters staying home is Clinton won't feel it necessary to move any further left. This will be one of the unfortunate consequences of sitting out the election.

Anyone who stays home because some random people berate them are pretty immature. It's the fucking Internet. People are jerks.

I really don't care who the nominee is. I haven't even voted yet. But I am not going to make my decision based on the temper tantrums and memes I read on the Internet, regardless of who they are coming from. My goal is to keep Donald Trump out of the White House.

If I stayed home every time my preferred candidate didn't win the nomination, I would have sat out decades of elections.

70. Im going to make my decision based on the candidate who is NOT owned by

corporations, the candidate who doesn't have to hide transcripts of speeches he made. The one who wants to give EVERYONE healthcare, and an education. The one who is tired of jailing African Americans for nothing. The ONLY candidate who gives two shits that future generations will NOT be able to survive on this planet.
People stay home because there is NO hope! Telling someone they are immature because they are done voting for politicians to continually screw them over and make things worse, is the very best example of what is wrong with this country. You are free to do whatever you want, but stop telling people not to stand with their own morals. Voting for the least worst has gotten us at record high income inequality, and child poverty. IM DONE VOTING FOR THAT. GOT IT?!?
