Elizabeth Warren , Bernie suporters and undecideds ain't drinking that kool-aid
This internet rummer must be an attempt at Clintonites and paid trolls to slip a roofie in Bernie supporters kool-aid...
First, let me point out that vice presidential running mates are typically chosen to balance the ticket geographically, ideologically, or personally, as when the staid New Englander John F. Kennedy was matched with the folksy Texan Lyndon B. Johnson in 1960. Or, in 1984, when male Walter Mondale was paired with female Geraldine Ferraro. The object is to create a more widespread appeal for the ticket. Second, the vice president only has one official duty of presiding over the Senate and to cast a vote in the Senate if there is a tie.The Vice President is a member of the National Security Council and serves on the board of the Smithsonian. So thinking that progressives will embrace the "Dream Team" ticket is fool hardy, as most supporters of Bernie are not drones and this might just energize them to new heights of internet presence

1. I would hate to think Warren would ever be a part of Hillary's cabinet.
Why - because of Hillary's foreign policy history and her multiple tries to get us into a war with Iran.
Warren would mar herself so bad by being associated with Clintons cabinet that she couldn't run for president some day and expect to get the progressive vote. This is one spot where people voting for Clinton or Sanders should be able to reach agreement on. Hillary's foreign policy is out there for the world to see. Anyone who thinks it's good, start googling and look at dates of articles to see before 2015 election partisanship. |

2. That stupid WaPo article
was nothing but a hit job on Warren for failing to endorse Clinton.
The piece flat out stated that Clinton would reject Warren as a running mate then proceeded to insult Warren and affirm why Warren would be an inferior pick. I bet Warren is laughing her ass off. Hillary is channeling her inner backbiting, narcissistic sorority girl personna. ![]() |
