Election fraud discovery: electronic machines have fractional vote counts!

This is how they're doing it. Polls are falsified, then the central tabulators use fractional vote counts, adding and subtracting in order to keep vote totals the same, yet changing the outcome so the loser becomes the winner.

It is ELECTION fraud, not voter fraud. No matter how it is sliced and diced, it still boils down to ELECTION fraud.

10. The US election-system is down-right ridiculous and embarassing. It's a piece of crap.

No unified standard on who gets to vote and who gets not?
No unified standard how to identify a voter?
No standardized procedures how votes are cast?
No standardized procedures how votes are counted? Or recounted? Or stored?

And where is the quality-assurance?
When it turns out there is a problem that destroys the integrity of the election-process, e.g. a voting-machine is revealed to be hackable, whose job is it to bring the election-process back on track?

AND PEOPLE VIOLATING ELECTION-REGULATIONS HAVE TO BE SUED INTO STOPPING DOING SO?

And don't get me started on that votes from some states count more than votes from other states.
Or the legalized election-fraud that is gerrymandering.
