(369 posts)Because its the truth. After Tuesday his campaign is over. Especially after PA MD and CT give Hillary double digit wins as well.
Whats funny is you guys love to tout these rallies like they are some kind of indication of anything. One only needs to look to Florida to see how that panned out. I am also willing to bet half of those in attendance aren't even registered Democrats.

(23,720 posts)That would be after the first Tuesday in November when they announce he wins the GE.

(12,471 posts)Check the polls. According to every single prediction Hillary takes Manhattan, the Bronx and Staten Island easily. Not to mention heavy support upstate.
RoccoR5955
(12,471 posts)I just heard on my local NPR affiliate from the local news, that Clinton is losing upstate, and the three boroughs that you mentioned are the three smallest boroughs in NYC. Brooklyn and Queens are larger in population than Manhattan and Staten Island combined, if memory serves me correctly.
50,000 in Manhattan tonight ain't hay either.

(12,471 posts)I have seen internals, and they are not good for Clinton.
This is going to be VERY close.
TMontoya
(369 posts)Show me these internals you saw? Because every indication tells me he is losing badly and thats why he is making his hail mary trip to some oscure Vatican conference.

(12,471 posts)when you show me your's. Don't give me the mainstream crap. They are all wrong! Show me an internal, and I'll show you mine.
TMontoya
(369 posts)Thanks for admitting it. lol "Mainstream crap" is mainstream because its credible. Check 538 every single poll has Clinton up by double digits with her trending upwards. Besides at this point no one who is locked on a candidate is changing their vote. And there aren't enough undecideds to make a difference.

(12,471 posts)All the people who live in the Bizzaro world have invaded the real world, and are trying to tell us that WE are crazy.
I called about 60 people last night, all in NY, and all but one told me that (s)he was voting for Bernie.
I'll call more over the weekend (I'm very busy the next couple of days, see http://www.greengrandprix.com. I'll be driving the "Bernie Prius" up at Watkins Glen for my an attempt at a 4peat in my vehicle class)
CentralCoaster
(1,163 posts)I try to keep track but the dialer redials so quickly I can just go by memory.
I get 1/2 where the person isn't home, or it's not the right number.
Among calls that reach the person I want, 1/2 like Bernie 1/4 undecided some hangups and one Clinton preference.
Generally, will try tomorrow.

Can Ms. Clinton pull in 1/5000th of the population of NYC (with or without free popcorn)?
Her campaign claimed 5,500 at her NYC launch, but the press estimated the crowd at (a lot) less.

(2,543 posts)Show only 11,500 showed up. their rationale? The NYPD lies about everything.
I have absolutely NO DOUBT that there are cops within the NYPD who lie, who cover up illegal behavior by their colleagues, who are racists and who murder with impunity. But I find it a YUUUGE reach that they would take 11,500 and lie to make it 48,000.
