Bernie has consistently closed the gap with Hillary, think back a year

Bernie has only closed the gap over the trajectory of this primary. Remember when he was polling single digits? He was written off for months as a not serious candidate, a protest vote.

For months, Hillary wouldn't even say his name. He was wholly ignored. Look where we are now.

Bernie and Hillary on the same playing field. Campiagn details are the daily national headlines. The focus is on NY as a turning point. Bernie had made it to be a direct competitor, a true challenge, to Hillary Clinton.

The delegate count is still daunting, but not impossible. Because, here's the thing, it had always been impossible for Bernie. Where he is now was impossible. Where he stands now in the delegate count was impossible. Where he stands in the national polls was impossible. He is out raising Hillary Clinton. That is worth repeating:

Bernie Sanders, Democratic Socialist Senator from Vermont, has raised more money than Hillary Rodham Clinton for three straight months.

That is fucking impossible. Hillary's fundraising prowess was an early selling point. You don't hear that one anymore.

It's always been impossible. That didn't stop us from supporting Bernie at any point thus far. And it won't stop us from supporting him until one candidate concedes the nomination.

8. Time and math are more of a factor than his ability to close the gap at whatever rate you'd like

... it to be.

He's not closing the gap fast enough, Clinton will be the nominee and we'll all get together and proclaim how we'd like to teach the world sign in perfect harmony ... against Donald Trump

Hillary is obviously likely, but it ain't over and a lot can happen in two months. A whole lot.

I'm almost certain it won't be trump for the goppers.

12. So you figure it's a Hillary coronation for the GE.

Because "Trump".

To my mind that's weird politics. It's weird for supporters of a candidate to totally avoid actual issues/reasons except for a threadbare "trust her", and to depend entirely on negativity to carry the day.

Aside from that, the Republicans will not be going with Donald Trump and his trophy wife.
Trump's negatives are too high in the Republican party and he's simply too extreme. Rather, I suppose it more likely that the Republicans will juxtapose the extremist that they do go with, with Trump, making their chosen extremist respectable in comparison. Why wouldn't they?

11. Bernie has raised more money OF SOME CATEGORY than Hillary.

But Hillary has superpac dark money that dwarfs that more "respectable" category.

That dark money is working. It's buying pundits, authorities, it's buying office.

Hillary can easily cover what's needed of that more respectable category with her $2,700 soirees, with special seating for mega-donors.

15. Get on the phones ...

we CAN make a difference, but we have to do it NOW.

You can do this from your home, you dial a number and calls are automatically dialed for you and the name of the person you are calling appears on your computer. Your number is not identified, although it might be the number of a local Sanders campaign office. Do not hang up your phone as the next number will be dialed for you after record the answer from the choices listed, if you need to take a short break then just switch to 'not ready.' A longer break for dinner, then hang up and dial back in later.

It is easy, you can make as many or as few as you like, all from the comfort of your home. No need to attend an event, just get started
