Does the level of absolute crap ever stop rising?

Not in this election cycle. Trump's babble, the split-personality polls, the bald-faced attempts at voter intimidation and suppression, all indicate that the Republicans know they have a problem. And, in the grand tradition of Richard Nixon and KKKarl Rove, will stop at nothing to correct it.
This is such a moth-eaten bit of Republican strategy, so completely predictable. Two weeks out from election day, produce one more shitstorm over which the mindless media lapdogs will fight. At some point, it will dawn on the so-called "journalists" that the "bombshell'' story is really a complete dud. But, the saddest thing is, the four or five percent of voters who say they are still undecided have such little feel for the political system that a certain number of them will treat the nonsense as if it were a message from the heavens.

I'm not sure the undecideds matter anymore, that's perhaps another media meme that they can sell.
