"Qualifications" is the wrong word and distracts us from the important issues of the campaign.

The Constitution is clear about what the qualifications to be President are. The real questions are what are the issues that matter most and who is best suited to deal with them? Bernie got it half right by tying positions on issues to "qualifications." He should have dismissed the whole matter as irrelevant and argued that Hillary's positions and actions make her I'll-suited to deal with the problems we are facing.

As much as I loathe everyone at that table, I can see a legitimate reason for them to be gathered together. Was the photo taken at a meeting of the National Governor's conference?
