When did Bernie and Hillary stop congratulating each other after the winner is determined?

They were doing it at first, and MSNBC was flipping their shit about it; I recall timing was everything and once Bernie totally fucked up because he conceded IIRC too early, it would have behooved him to wait because Trump was speaking. What a gaffe!!!

Last night, crickets from both Hillary and MSNBC.

IMO it's ridiculous, and I'm sure they stopped with the congratulatory concession speeches before last night, but Hillary could have trumped Cruz last night, who wound up mocking her for losing 7 of the last 8 "primaries" to Bernie.

Apparently Hillary, who has basically been running a pure smear campaign already, is saying that now she is "really" going to smear him.

Maybe she quit talking entirely?
